Acho que o tempo na alfândega não tem muita relação com ser ou não taxado.
Tudo depende do número de encomendas que está sobre o processo de avaliação. Encomendas que ficam muito tempo na alfândega não são obrigatoriamente taxadas.
E eu já fui taxado com uma encomenda que ficou menos de um dia na alfândega tb.
